An arc is a fraction of the circumference of a circle. To find the length of an arc, you can set up a proportion of arc length/circumference to central angle/360.

Example: What is the length of arc ST if the radius of the circle is 3? Remember circumference is 2πr, so the circumference of the circle is 6π.
